SHIPPING Policy

 

Our goal is to offer your the best shipping options. No matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the world. Ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all the time.

 

1, Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping if order amount is over $150. We do your best to keep our prices as low as possible and continue to offer FREE SHIPPING for some orders.. Please allow up to 28days for delivery before considering cancelling your order.

If your order amount not over $150, Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

IF WE CAN NOT SHIP to you because of customs or shipping problem. We will send you a notification email and contact you with explanation.

 

 

2, How quickly do you ship?

Your purchase come from all over the world, because of this, they may depart from various locations and /or arrive to you in multiple packages. We ship every day except Saturday or Sunday. Most of orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm PST,but we aim to ship orders within 2 business day.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are send to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders. Which takes an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5-12 business days. But can vary depending on delivery location.

If our stock is running out, we will inform you by contact.

 

3, Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and foyoskin encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to foyoskin at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Tax number is required when you are in EU countries.

 

4, How to track my order?

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leavs our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our tracking your order page.

 

 

5, Additional information.

If a change of the address is made directly with your local post office. Foyoskin will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Reuqests for change of address must be directly with Foyoskin via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at service@foyoskin.com. The shipping cost for order is non refundable.

 

6,Public holidays.

Please note, shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
